Job Description

Team Leadership and Management: Supervising and motivating a team of retail associates, delegating tasks, and ensuring all team members are productive and working effectively. This includes creating and managing staff schedules.
Customer Service: Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. This involves training staff, resolving customer complaints and issues, and leading by example with a customer-first attitude.
Sales Performance: Monitoring sales targets and performance, implementing strategies to drive sales, and coaching staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Store Operations: Overseeing the daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and conducting stock counts to prevent shortages and minimize waste. They also ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
Training and Development: Training new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge. They also provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to help the team improve.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the store operates in compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. They are responsible for a safe work environment for both employees and customers.
Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to the Store Manager or other senior management.
