Shift Manager

Role Overview: As a Shift Manager at the Pizza & Wings Restaurant in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will be responsible for playing a key leadership role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during your shift. Your main focus will be supervising team members, maintaining food quality and service standards, and ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards. - Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers, monitoring product prep levels and food quality. - Conduct shift opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting. - Supervise and support crew members to deliver excellent service and quality, train new team members, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. - Promote teamwork, resolve conflicts when necessary, and lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction by maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality of service. - Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste, while completing shift paperwork, reports, and incident logs accurately. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. This role reports to the Store Manager or General Manager, and the salary range is between 20000-24500. Additionally, the company offers Provident Fund as a benefit for employees.,
