Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a café/restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of café operations, beverages (tea/coffee), and F&B service standards. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.
