Job Description

Job Summary

The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing beverages/food items, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a great café experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with orders.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and food items as per café standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Operate POS/cash register, handle billing, and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines.
  • Assist teammates in daily café operations and meet service targets.
  • Uphold brand values and contribute to creating a friendly, welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous café/restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts (morning/evening) based on café operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,552.85 - ₹15,318.09 per month
