Job Description

Job Summary

The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing beverages/food items, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a great café experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with orders.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and food items as per café standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, kitchen, and dining area.
Operate POS/cash register, handle billing, and ensure accurate transactions.
Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines.
Assist teammates in daily café operations and meet service targets.
Uphold brand values and contribute to creating a friendly, welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous café/restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts (morning/evening) based on café operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,552.85 - ₹15,318.09 per month
