Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner. Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues as they arise across the facility. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and equipment usage. Assist in the installation of new machinery, fixtures, and facility equipment when required. Inspect and test systems for proper operation after repair or installation. Monitor inventory levels of repair supplies and parts; request replacements as needed. Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when third-party repair services are required. Support other departments in operational or emergency needs as directed by the supervisor. Qualifications and Skills:ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in facility or industrial equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and basic plumbing.
