Crew Trainer

Onboarding & Training Guide new hires through uniforms, attendance, safety, and station operations (kitchen, drive‑thru, front, dining) . Demonstrate food prep, beverage service, and new menu items; lead classroom and practica. Conduct ongoing “4‑step” training: Prepare, Present, Try‑out, Follow‑up Performance Management Monitor trainees’ progress; complete SOCs (Standards of Conduct) during shift Provide tips, feedback, and constructive coaching; act as a go‑to support for crew queries . Quality, Safety & Standards Enforce food safety, hygiene, and company policies; maintain clean, Record and report any incidents (injuries, fires, equipment failures) Leadership & Support Serve as management’s extension; assist with shift flow, breaks, scheduling, and front-line coordination . Fill leadership gaps in manager absence, including using manager codes if authorized Promote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and uphold crew morale .
