Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role at Adhira & Appa Coffee, located in Nagpur. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Additional duties include managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the team to maintain a friendly and professional work environment.

• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, food service, and handling
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact warmly with customers
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
• Prior experience in a café or hospitality environment is a plus
