Junior Barista

As a Junior Barista at Adhira & Appa Coffee, you will play a vital role in our mission to bring people together through the art of traditional brewing, offering an authentic taste of India. Located in Kanayannur, our coffee shop is a hub of togetherness, providing a warm and inviting space where customers can create and cherish moments over a delightful cup of coffee. Your primary responsibilities in this full-time on-site position in Kochi will include daily food preparation, crafting beverages with precision, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding a clean and orderly workspace. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers, ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impression and contributes to a pleasant experience. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate effectively with your team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, and while prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not a requirement. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary for this position.
