Junior Barista

This isn't your usual caf - it's a warm, welcoming space that has a farm to cup orientation & works closely with the ecosystem. You'll be brewing for a friendly community of InMobians, making this one of the nicest places to learn the craft and grow as a barista.

Senior Barista

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude:

  You enjoy being pleasant and dependable - someone who brightens up the counter.

• Love for coffee:

  A genuine curiosity to learn about coffee, brewing, and the stories behind each bean.

• Attention to detail:

  You notice the small things - remembering customer names, keeping the counter tidy, perfecting every cup.

• Operational discipline:

  You follow SOPs, recipes, and hygiene standards carefully and consistently.

• Customer orientation:

  You enjoy serving people and making them feel welcome - even if you are still building on your communication skills.

• Willingness to learn:

  You'll receive structured training, mentorship, and plenty of hands-on exposure.
