Shift Manager

As an F&B Service team member at the Food Stop Diner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our store. Your responsibilities will include: - Checking the Managers log book, cash handover book, and accounts log for any communication from the previous shift - Ensuring all work stations are clean and well-arranged for operations - Conducting team briefings to inform about the day's targets - Following brand standards and processes - Monitoring daily sales and store targets - Preparing staff roster and getting approval from the Duty Manager - Ensuring regular cleaning of machines and maintaining food safety standards - Interacting with guests, taking feedback, and handling customer complaints - Assisting the Duty Manager in monthly inventory and achieving store targets Qualifications required for this role: - 4-7 years of experience in F&B Service - Familiarity with cash handling, inventory management, and food safety standards - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets - Knowledge of HACCP standards is a plus If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to send your resume to hrd@foodstopdiner.com mentioning the position you are applying for in the subject line.
