highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager

to oversee technical operations, manage teams, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) in a 24x7 support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Supervise and manage the floor team, ensure schedule adherence, handle escalations, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ticket Resolution Oversight: Monitor and oversee ticket resolution processes, ensuring timely and efficient handling of incidents, requests, and problems in alignment with SLAs.
  • Information Reporting to Management: Provide regular updates and reports to higher management regarding team performance, ticket metrics, and operational issues.
  • Incident Management Reporting: Manage and report incident management activities, including response times, resolution rates, and post-incident reviews; identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Change Management Support: Facilitate change management processes by ensuring team compliance with procedures, overseeing change implementation during shifts, and reporting on change success rates.
  • VMware Expertise: Possess experience or good knowledge of VMware technologies to support operations.

Qualifications Required

  • Any Graduate
  • Total Experience: Minimum 8 years
  • Mandatory Certifications: VCP (VMware Certified Professional), ITIL OR PMP
