Role Overview: As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth team coordination and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Your key duties will include managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, providing training to team members, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. This is a full-time position based at our location in Surat.
