Role Overview: As a Shift Manager at Salad Days, you will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations to ensure food quality, operational efficiency, and staff management. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma required (culinary education is a plus). - Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience with expertise in food preparation. - Advanced understanding of kitchen operations and inventory management. - Proficiency in kitchen management software is essential for this role.
