Job Summary

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage and supervise store staff (scheduling, attendance, performance)
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints promptly
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and store cleanliness as per company standards
Track sales performance and work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reconciliation
Maintain all documentation including sales reports, stock records, etc.
Train new employees and conduct regular team meetings
Implement promotional activities and ensure proper product display

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, bakery, or food outlets
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS systems)
Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good understanding of store operations and customer service
