Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, inventory control, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for training new employees and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Staff Management and Training
• Inventory Control and Management skills
• Strong Customer Service and Complaint Resolution skills
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
• Previous experience in the foodservice industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
