Job Description

Employee Management:
Supervise and guide team members, assign duties, manage breaks and coverage, handle absences, and maintain team discipline or escalate issues when required.
Customer Service:
Ensure fast, efficient, and high-quality service in both dine-in and drive-thru. Monitor food quality and service speed to maintain customer satisfaction.
Profitable Shift Management:
Drive sales through suggestive selling and upselling, control labor and utility costs, and monitor sales trends for shift profitability.
Cash Management:
Handle register operations, cash counts, deposits, and cash reports. Ensure accuracy and resolve any cash discrepancies.
REV & Food Safety Standards:
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards as per BK and regulatory guidelines; ensure compliance during audits.
Opening & Closing:
Manage store opening and closing procedures, including security, readiness, and cleanliness for smooth shift transitions.
Inventory Management:
Conduct daily inventory, post reports on NBO, manage waste and variances, prepare purchase orders, and verify incoming stock.
