Shift Manager

Role Overview: As a Shift Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the outlet team in Jaipur & Gurgaon. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of service, and driving excellence in guest experience. Your effective communication and leadership skills will be essential in achieving operational targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the outlet team and staff roster effectively. - Conduct daily operational checks to ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet. - Handle customer orders, queries, and feedback promptly and efficiently. - Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and team grooming. - Drive excellence in guest experience and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and operational targets. - Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans as required. - Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational SOPs.
