Experience Required:

of experience in shop floor operations
Hands-on experience in
operating heavy machines
Experience in
team handling and shift supervision

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of machine operators and technicians on the shop floor
Allocate daily tasks and monitor shift operations to ensure smooth production
Operate and supervise heavy machinery to ensure high-quality output and safety standards
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance
Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety regulations, and company quality standards
Maintain shift-wise reports, logs, and production documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Handle shift handovers efficiently and communicate with other shift leaders and supervisors
Ensure safety of team members and compliance with workplace guidelines

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of machine operations
Team leadership and people management
Shift planning and production supervision
Good understanding of shop floor safety and quality practices
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
