Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Manage shift activities, including batch processing, continuous process operations, and pilot plant experiments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, production scheduling, and inventory management.
Ensure effective utilization of resources such as reactors, distillation columns, pumps, heat exchangers, filtration systems, etc.
Maintain accurate records of batch sheets, chiller logs, boiler logs, cooling tower logs, DCS operation logs etc.
