Inspection

• Coordination with operation & Mechanical team to provide required support


• support for joint maintenance audits


• Required support for modification jobs


• Inspections and calibration of field equipment/instruments - Trafo, HT & LT Switchgears, LT Motors, FDA System, Valves, UPS, Battery chargers etc

Safety and Environment

• To comply with HSE requirements & standards during regular maintenance


• To ensure Safety & housekeeping of area / equipment.


• To report about the unsafe conditions, near miss to the in charge


• Providing Safety Training to Technicians - Conducting Toolbox Talks every day.


• Effective Implementation of Work Permit System


• Safe maintenance & maintain good housekeeping practices.


• Attend the breakdowns with up most safety to minimize the delays to avoid production loss.


• To develop new team engineers and associates.

72103007 - Plant Maintenance

Taking up routine shift PMI jobs & to attend plant breakdowns. To provide Electrical & Automation support to Mechanical & operations team. Corrective action on inspection points and observations. To attend breakdowns or routine maintenance of EOT crane. To manage plant upgrade projects, Purchase co-ordination for spares. Proper report maintaining. Shift resource management, Monitoring of all critical Electrical & Automation system. Like 6.6 KV Switchgear, 440VAC PCC, MCC Switchgear, Transformers, EOT cranes, Field instruments as well Siemens S7 400 DCS system, S71500 system, WinCC, VVVF drives etc.
