Job Description

About the Role

The role focuses on SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Planner, supporting business process automation and digital collaboration initiatives.



Responsibilities

  • SharePoint Online Administration

  • Design, implement, and manage SharePoint Online sites and solutions
  • Migrate on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online
  • Customize SharePoint solutions based on business requirements
  • Manage permissions, site collections, content, and governance


Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
  • Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions


Collaboration Tools

  • Administer and configure Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage OneDrive for Business ensuring secure file storage and sharing
  • Implement and manage Planner for task and project tracking


Governance, Security & Automation

  • Implement governance and best practices for M365 collaboration tools
  • Automate administration tasks using PowerShell scripting
  • Ensure compliance, security, and performance across M365 environments


Documentation & Support

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Provide support and guidance to IT teams and business users
  • Participate in 24x5 shift support or extended support as required


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field


Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience administering Teams, OneDrive, and Planner
  • Knowledge of data migration from on-prem to cloud environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting


Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint) are an advantage
  • Experience working in enterprise or global IT environments


Pay range and compensation package

Location: Pune

Experience: 5 to 15 Years
