Responsibilities

  • 1. Sharepoint online portal administration and support
  • Act as a focal point for all sharepoint online portal technical support
  • Act as a focal point for business requirement gathering and develop design document accordingly.
  • Report updates and information about sharepoint use.
  • Addresses questions or concern from business owners or directing regarding the function of the software.
  • Holds Training and informational sessions to teach the employees how to use sharepoint.
  • Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of the sharepoint portal by maintaining records of sharepoint updates, maintenance and activity.
  • Act as a second level support for all sharepoint online portal technical issues.
  • Reports updates and information about sharepoint utilization.
  • Consults with management to devise the most useful ways to apply sharepoint to a business goal.

2. Sharepoint related development

  • To configure and customize sharepoint portal according to the requirements and design specifications.
  • Develop new web components using C#, .NET, SQL and XML.
  • Extend the functionality of sharepoint with web parts, electronic forms and other application technologies as required.
  • To be involved in testing the system to ensure the requirements have been satisfied.
  • Deliver technical training.

3. Nintex forms and Worklow development

  • Act as a focal point for all Nintex related issues raised.
  • Design and develop forms and workflows using Nintex solution and integrate with custom sharepoint lists and/or SQL databases.
  • Troubleshoots issue promptly and lease with Nintex support team.

4. Reports and dashboard development

  • Manage and create reports/dashboard using Microsoft BI tool.
  • Website administration and development
  • Act as a focal point for all Website related issues raised.
  • Manage websites and contents
  • Monitor performance
  • Provide technical support
  • Create and update web pages
  • Evaluate structure and content
  • Create websites/ a website using standard HTML/CSS practices
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Backup website and restoration testing
  • Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website

5. Analysing the technology environment

6. Analysing enterprise specifics

7. Analysing and documenting requirements

8. Creating a solution prototype

9. Participating in technology selection

10. Controlling solution development

11. Supporting project management
