Business Development Manager - US Market Job Description To support the Business Development team with the day-to-day management and administration to maximize the revenue potential for Zencon Group. We are seeking a high-energy, experienced, and passionate lead generation specialist who enjoys being on the phone to identify opportunities, generate new leads and set meetings with us to attend to close deals. This position is part of the Staffing and Consulting Services team. In this position you will have a critical role in the strategic plan and growth strategy by researching business trends and information, identifying potential leads, developing productive relationships with key decision makers at prospects, and setting meetings where business will be sold. This role is instrumental in building the Zencon brand within the United States and is the critical beginning to our sales process and success. Responsibilities Identify new partnership opportunities in US staffing Develop new relationships to grow business and help company expand Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Sales and Business Development in US Staffing/Consulting acquiring Direct clients, Implementation partners and Tier 1 Vendors. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients/ Implementation Partners with a consistent track record of placements with them. Would be responsible for following up with each of the prospects/leads and developing more than 50% into a signed contract. Having a good database & rapport with Tier1 Vendors & clients. Meeting the clients' SLA, and NDA to maintain the ongoing healthy relationship and generating new requirements regularly. Handling Escalation, Account Mining, and Preparing client dashboards. Overview Zencon Group is seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant to lead a modernization initiative for our legal client. The consultant will design and implement a secure, scalable SharePoint Online environment, migrate existing case-related documents from legacy network drives, and configure seamless integration with the LegalServer case management platform. Responsibilities Conduct a full discovery and planning assessment of client’s legacy file storage and data structure. Identify, categorize, and prepare eligible case files for migration (pending or closed after Jan 1, 2023). Design and configure SharePoint Online architecture , metadata schema, and permissions aligned with client’s office and practice group structure. Implement LegalServer–SharePoint integration , enabling automated document access and metadata synchronization. Execute data migration using third-party tools (e.g., ShareGate, Mover, or AvePoint). Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform up to two refinement iterations. Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and system documentation for end users and administrators. Conduct virtual training sessions and provide post-go-live technical support. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability, compliance, and knowledge transfer. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, and migrating SharePoint Online environments. Hands-on expertise with document migration utilities such as ShareGate, Mover, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive administration . Proven experience integrating SharePoint with external systems (preferably LegalServer or similar case/document management systems). Proficiency in metadata management, taxonomy design, and permission configuration . Experience conducting user training and creating technical documentation. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills. Preferred Skills Experience supporting nonprofit or legal aid organizations . Familiarity with LegalServer APIs or data exchange mechanisms. Understanding of information governance, compliance, and security best practices .
