Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Consultant / Specialist to design, implement, and manage modern SharePoint Online solutions within Microsoft 365. The role involves building secure, scalable, and user-friendly collaboration platforms, enabling document management, workflows, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online administration, governance, migrations, and customization (SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps), with a proven ability to deliver business-focused solutions and drive user adoption. Key Responsibilities Access & Permissions Management: Configure and manage access control for internal and external users. Design and implement permission models using Microsoft 365 groups and SharePoint groups. Secure departmental and confidential sites with appropriate governance. SharePoint Site Design & Information Architecture: Create and manage communication, team, and hub sites based on business needs. Define and enforce information architecture, metadata, content types, views, and governance policies. Document & Content Management: Design document management systems with metadata, retention labels, and sensitivity labels. Handle large lists and libraries while ensuring performance and compliance with SharePoint Online thresholds. Automation & Customization: Develop workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes. Build apps using Power Apps integrated with SharePoint. Customize SharePoint Online UI using SPFx, JSON formatting, and modern experience capabilities. Migration & Integration: Lead migrations from on-premises SharePoint or file shares to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate, Mover, or SPMT. Ensure metadata and permissions integrity during migrations. Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power Platform services. Governance & Compliance: Define governance frameworks to enforce compliance and security standards. Apply and manage retention and sensitivity labels in SharePoint Online. Training & Adoption: Create user guides, training, and support materials to encourage adoption. Drive change management in organizations resistant to adopting new tools. Support & Troubleshooting: Address and resolve SharePoint Online issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Provide customer-facing support and consultation for stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 administration and development . Strong knowledge of permissions management, governance, and information architecture . Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting for SharePoint. Proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) for custom development. Experience migrating content to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Familiarity with retention policies, sensitivity labels, and security best practices . Proven ability to drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and support. Customer-facing experience, with strong problem-solving and consulting skills. Good to Have Microsoft 365 or SharePoint-related certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-740, SC-300). Experience in BFSI or regulated industries with strict compliance requirements. Exposure to hybrid SharePoint environments.
Role purpose We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Pardot Developer / Technical Consultant to configure, manage, and optimize Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Automation) to support marketing strategies and lead nurturing initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing customer engagement through intelligent automation, data-driven campaigns, and seamless integration of Salesforce CRM and Pardot. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to build engagement programs, manage lead scoring, deliver personalized customer experiences, and ensure smooth integration of Pardot within the wider Salesforce ecosystem. Qualifications Key responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce/Pardot. Adjust and develop Pardot forms, landing pages, and websites to meet evolving business needs. Configure Pardot functionalities, including email campaigns, automation rules, lead scoring, grading, and nurturing programs. Manage Salesforce/Pardot data integrations and synchronization for consistent customer insights. Implement and manage Salesforce/Pardot security settings, including roles, permissions, and access controls. Experience in Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows. Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, security architecture, and data model. Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL (for Salesforce development where required). Understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Certifications (highly desirable) Salesforce Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification.
