Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalation related to support tickets
  • Managing workload and delivery schedule for the junior admin resources
  • Ensuring following activities are done accurately and within SLA by the team
    • Manage client and team member accounts and access on various cloud services and tools such as QBO, Xero, Dext, Plooto, Hubdoc, Expensify, G Suite, Karbon etc.
    • Coordinate with support teams to resolve issues for the above as required
    • Provide Onboarding and enrollment support to new team members and Customers
    • Communicate changes and updates for tools to team members
    • Data extraction (time sheet data, project billing data etc.) from various tools for Weekly/Monthly Reporting
    • Monitoring admin mailbox and perform necessary action
    • Create and maintain process documentation and checklists
    • Participate in client kick-off calls, take handover of the client's existing technology stack
    • lead and mentor the admin team, resources, and identify these training needs and managers' utilisation.
    • Prepare and share the penode dashboard, status reports, and track deliverables
    • Provide technical leadership and issue resolution

Educational Qualification:

  • Post Graduate / MBA - Any Specialization

Required Skills:

  • Very strong written & communication skills, works well with a team, good with tight & strict deadlines and easily adjusts to shifting priorities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheet software including the use of complex formulas such as VLookup, Charting, simple macros, etc.
  • Strong Process orientation
  • Min 2 years of experience as Team Lead.
