Job Description

Work closely with internal stakeholder to get the cases resolved within the SLA/OLA timelines.
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed including being available for off hours support.
Basic Knowledge on Cloud Azure and infrastructure concepts needed
Builds collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders and work with them proactively to get the issues fixed
Adhere to Cloud policies, procedures, methodologies, and quality standards.
Escalates issue that may have a impact
Work with Shift leads internally to resolve project issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
Manages case quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI.
Provides regular communication and status reporting.
Respond to Project cases in a timely and accurate way, via our ticket system, phone, email.
Update Knowledge base with information about technical issues and useful to the team.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
Keep Consulting informed about issues being worked/analyzed, providing frequent, and meaningful updates.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

Key Role Expectations:

Experience 4-8 years
Ensure adherence to the engagement service
SLAs & KPIs
Possess strong analytical skills
Exposure and understanding of
Azure
or other Public/Private Cloud is desirable
Good working knowledge of
SaaS
model
Good understanding of Supply Chain domain is an added bonus
Readiness to be on-call and work flexible hours, which includes (Evenings, Weekends) as situation demands
ITIL certifications are a plus

Ability to learn various skills and quick learner
Exceptional written and communication skills
Exceptional stakeholder Management Skills
