About the Role

Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation & Standardization

  • Translate ideas and evolving processes into clear, structured documentation including SOPs, playbooks, templates, and workflows.
  • Ensure consistency and accessibility of documentation across GTM and adjacent verticals.
  • Maintain a central repository of GTM operational assets for easy reference and reuse.

Project Management & Operational Support

  • Support GTM initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Create and manage project documentation such as charters, timelines, status updates, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve roadblocks.

Insights & Reporting

  • Generate actionable insights from GTM activities and performance data.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support leadership with data-backed recommendations and visualizations.

Strategic Planning & Activation

  • Assist in translating strategic objectives into operational plans and execution roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to support campaigns and initiative rollouts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a connector between Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and documentation reviews to drive clarity and consensus.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, internal consulting, or documentation-heavy roles.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing SOPs, templates, and structured documentation.
  • Strong project management skills. Familiarity with tools like Wrike or similar, MS Project, MS Planner, Visio or similar, Smartsheet preferred.
  • Workflow automation tools like Power Automate, good to have MS Visio experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI,).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and structure.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
