Job Description

Job Title: Assistance Manager - Finance & CA (pursuing) or MBA (Finance)Experience: 5 to 8 yearsReporting To: GM / Sr. GM - Finance & StrategyLocation: LucknowReal estate experience is must

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and update monthly MIS, dashboards, and financial reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis and support decision-making with data insights.

Budgeting & Cost Monitoring

  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and track expenses against targets.
  • Monitor project-wise cost and revenue performance, flag deviations.

Cash Flow Monitoring

  • Support in preparing cash flow statements and projections.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for daily fund tracking and reporting.

Business Plan Assistance

  • Contribute to business plan preparation and financial modelling.
  • Work with internal teams and partners for data consolidation and analysis.

Support To CFO/GM Office

  • Help implement key financial initiatives led by CFO or GM.
  • Prepare financial presentations and assist in audit and compliance processes.

Technical & System Skills

  • Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial reports and presentations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
