Job Description

What youll do (Job Responsibilities)

Monitor and report out Services KPI/TTI and support regions to perform analytics and understand areas of improvement
Interact with key stakeholders to develop salesforce reports, dashboards and drive the adoption of SmartGROW to enable better insights
Work with product leader to review and update our Services SAS in SFDC Smartgrow
Support regional organization (P&Ls) to improve their commercial campaign performance/ grow volume of customer order achieved.
Driving campaign process adherence across regions/people & continuous improvement.
Perform analytics on SAS, installed base & campaigns launched to enable effectiveness.
Ensure projects with Service handover completed are fully updated in ServiceMax
Drive adoption of 360 customer portal by working with P&Ls

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI & Tableau to produce numerical analysis and dashboards
Very numerate
Ability to understand complex commercial issues and communicate them simply
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills, ability to work with people from different functions or regions.
Fluent in English with strong writing & communication skills
