Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:
Define and drive the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams to ensure quality and scalability.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and minimal customizations.
Implementation Oversight:
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Service Management (SM), HRSD, ITOM, and ITAM. o Ensure seamless integration across modules and alignment with business needs.
Work closely with offshore and onsite teams to drive consistent delivery.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure business value realization.
Conduct show-and-tell sessions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities and solutions.
Team Collaboration:
Mentor and coach team members to improve technical skills and delivery standards.
Be hands on developer.
Thought Leadership:
Provide insights on ServiceNow standard processes and technical strategies.
Guide the development of a strategic roadmap for ServiceNow implementations.
Promote the adoption of Out-of-the-Box (OOB) solutions and minimize customizations.
