We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions across Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to create solutions that streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive automation leveraging the latest ServiceNow capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for Sales, Order Management, SCM, and FSM.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform solutions.

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and ERP, CRM, logistics, and telephony systems.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including CSM, FSM, and Order Lifecycle Management.

Develop technical specifications, high-level and detailed design documents.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, scalability, and security standards.

Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Optimize and enhance ServiceNow workflows for sales and supply chain processes.

Build reusable workflows, automation scripts, and business rules following best practices.

Collaborate with integration teams on API, web services (REST, SOAP), MID Server, and orchestration.

Mentor and guide developers and junior architects.

Stay updated on latest ServiceNow features and updates relevant to Sales and SCM.

Conduct technical workshops and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation

Proven expertise in Sales, Order Management, SCM, and FSM modules

Strong background in end-to-end architecture and solution delivery

Hands-on experience in ERP, CRM, logistics, and telephony integrations

Deep knowledge of CSM, FSM, and order lifecycle management

Strong understanding of security, scalability, and enterprise architecture

Demonstrated leadership in implementation, testing, and production support

Expertise in workflow automation, process streamlining, and optimization

Experience working with APIs, web services, and orchestration tools

Proven ability to mentor and lead teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
