Servicenow Solution Architect

Purpose of this role:

ServiceNow

Key Accountabilities:

1. Extensive expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and GRC.
2. Strong proficiency in Flow Designer and traditional workflows, including optimization and fine-tuning.
3. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer integrations involving various third-party applications.
4. Experienced SME with a strong ability to mentor teams and validate technical solutions.
5. Skilled in JavaScript development for both client-side and server-side scripting in ServiceNow.
6. Experience with ServiceNow UI components, including Service Portal, SLA configuration, and notification management.
7. In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
8. Proficient in CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, and troubleshooting discovery-related issues.
9. Administration experience with the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog modules.
10. Capable of configuring out-of-the-box workflows and developing/maintaining custom workflows.
11. Experienced in configuring application-specific elements such as fields, forms, views, email notifications, approval workflows, roles, and access controls.
12. Expertise in integration, including REST/SOAP APIs and inbound actions with third-party systems and applications.
13. Solid background in administering ServiceNow instances, including group delegation, workflows, and business rule management.
14. Advanced knowledge of UI components, including UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, and maintaining/updating existing solutions.
15. Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of performing root cause analysis and providing efficient, effective solutions.
16. Ability to work independently, managing high-priority (P1 & P2) incidents and delivering detailed RCA documentation.
17. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, able to perform with minimal supervision.
18. Excellent communication skills, including presentation, listening, and collaboration.
19. Strong multitasking ability, with experience in working closely with management to prioritize and deliver on key initiatives.
20. Ensure all enhancements, changes, and upgrades comply with requirement specifications and Viatris policies.
