Job Description

We are looking for 7-8 Years experienced for administration Manage and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD module ensuring optimal performance and availability Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades Configure and customize the HRSD module to meet business requirements Scripting Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript GlideScript and other scripting languages within ServiceNow Create and manage business rules client scripts UI policies, and UI actions Integration Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST SOAP APIs MID Server and Integration Hub Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues CMDB Configuration Management Database Maintain and update the CMDB to ensure accurate and up to date information Implement best practices for CMDB data management and governance Application Development Develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications ITSM IT Service Management Support ITSM processes and modules including Incident Problem Change and Service Request Management Ensure alignment between HRSD and ITSM processes Additional Skills Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and or HRSD Implementation Specialist certification is a plus Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow specifically in the HRSD module Proven experience in scripting integration and application development within ServiceNow
