Job Title: ServiceNow Lead/Architect

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu or Bangalore, Karnataka
Shift Timings: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Lead/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, with a strong ability to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITOM and ITAM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Conduct system and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM (Hardware & Software Asset Management).
• Experience in designing and implementing CMDB models and integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM/ITAM).
• Experience working in global delivery models and supporting US-based clients.
