Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Admin

Location: Remote, India

Fulltime.


Job Description:

• Experience: 7+ years administering the ServiceNow platform across modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.

• Technical Expertise:

o Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs.

o Skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs.

o Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies.

• Integrations: Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems).

• Metrics & Reporting: Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.

• Upgrades & Maintenance: Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.

• Compliance & Governance: Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
