Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred or should have equivalent experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other advanced ServiceNow certifications preferred. Relevant certifications in ITIL, project management (e.g., PMP), or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous Should have a min 5-7+ years of relevant experience in automation, digital transformation , or product ownership roles. Initiative taking experience in driving Automation with ServiceNow & other large systems like ERPs required.
