Job Descritpion of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD Developer

5+ Years Relevant Experience

Looking for a mid-to-senior level ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Source to Pay operations, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and platform integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, configuring HR modules such as Onboarding and Talent Development, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules with a focus on Source to Pay operations, HRSD, and ITSM.
• Lead technical design discussions, establish development best practices, and mentor junior team members.
• Implement workflows, automation, and integrations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub.
• Build and customize UI elements using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools to streamline HR and business processes.
• Support dashboard creation and reporting via Performance Analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, procurement, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven ServiceNow development experience in Source to Pay operations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON.
• Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub.
• Ability to lead and mentor a development team.
• Experience with at least 5 of the following: HR modules, Now Assist, Source to Pay, Integrations, Talent Development, Performance Analytics, Data Privacy, Mobile Apps, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, APM, Document Intelligence, ITSM, Process Mining, Employee Service Center.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with HR Onboarding and Talent Development modules.
• Exposure to Now Assist (AI Search, Virtual Agent, Skill Builder).
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics and dashboard/report development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App development or advanced Service Portal customization.
