Strong experience working on ServiceNow implementations / Enchancement

Hands on experience in ServiceNow ITOM module.

Must have experience in implementing CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping/event management solutions, Event rule, alert rule, sub-flow creation, Assignment rules, RegEx.

Must have Power Shell/Shell and Java Script knowledge for use cases development.

Working knowledge in ServiceNow IT Operations Management Solutions and be able to build or modify custom patterns and troubleshoot.

Experienced in working with 3rd party integrations

Primary Skills

Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS Event Management

Secondary Skills

Should understand CI binding, correlation logic in ServiceNow.

Experience to handle complex client and propose solutions on AIOps area.
