ServiceNow ITAM Developer / Implementor with HAM Pro Skills

As a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with 5+ years of experience, your role will primarily focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) using ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for various tasks related to ITAM modules such as Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Cloud Insights. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proficiently developing in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of ITAM modules, specifically HAM Pro and Cloud Insights. - Utilizing CMDB and Asset Discovery tools like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and SN Discovery. - Understanding various software licensing models such as Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc. - Building and troubleshooting integrations, including Rest and Soap integrations for seamless connectivity with external systems. - Creating and customizing ServiceNow ITAM applications, including HAM Pro and Cloud Insights. - Writing and maintaining Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows. - Developing integrations with external APIs and configuring automated asset lifecycle workflows. - Enhancing user experience by developing Service Portal widgets, catalog items, and UI Pages. - Implementing and maintaining Discovery, Asset Reconciliation Rules, and CMDB Data Integrity. - Ensuring compliance with software licensing, hardware lifecycle, and audit requirements. - Performing unit testing, debugging, and optimizing performance for ITAM applications. - Collaborating with ITSM, CMDB, Procurement, and Security teams for end-to-end asset management support. - Supporting platform upgrades, patches, and new feature enhancements. Additionally, you should hold certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITAM/SAM/HAM/HAM Pro. Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes and experience in creating reports and dashboards will be beneficial for this role. This position will commence at our Chennai location for the first 6 months, following which relocation to Mexico for a minimum of 2 years will be required.
