ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
• Define architecture, data/object models, workflow diagrams, and access control models for ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, UI mock-ups, and functional designs.
• Deliver end-to-end use case design, workflow configuration, customization, and deployments to higher environments.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Facilitate the adoption of technology-based tools to enhance monitoring, management, and service reliability.
• Support training and mentoring for teams on complex configurations and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, etc.) to estimate and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in ServiceNow sales activities and solution presentations as a domain expert.
• Maintain platform management activities such as upgrades, troubleshooting, and version control.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience implementing and developing ServiceNow applications such as

  IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  workflow design, APIs, web services, and integrations

  using connectors.
• Hands-on experience with

  Workspace, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs

  , and scoped app development.
• Proven experience delivering

  2–3 end-to-end ServiceNow projects

  (requirement gathering to go-live).
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Mandatory Certification:

  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  .

• CIS Certifications

  in one or more of the following:
• Risk & Compliance Implementation
• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Experience with

  ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB

  modules.
• Knowledge of

  GRC technologies

  such as RSA Archer or MetricStream.
• Ability to develop

  strategic roadmaps

  for GRC and security solutions.
