Job Summary

ITSM/Service Now - ITOM Architect

Responsibilities

A ServiceNow ITOM IT Operations Management Architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management Heres a general job descriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enhance visibility and control over IT infrastructureDevelop best practices for Discovery Event Management Service Mapping and Cloud Management within ServiceNowEnsure compliance with industry standards and governance policies related to IT operationsCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutionsIntegrate ServiceNow ITOM with other ITSM and ITOM modules for seamless operationsProvide technical leadership and guidance to teams working on ServiceNow implementationsOptimize workflows automation and reporting to improve efficiencyConduct training sessions and documentation for end users and administrators

Required Skills Qualifications

Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM and IT Service Management ITSMStrong understanding of CMDB Configuration Management Database Discovery and Service MappingExpertise in ServiceNow development configuration and integrationAbility to design scalable and efficient solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystemCertifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM or ITIL Foundation are preferredExcellent problem solving and communication skills
