Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow GRC Consultant. The role entails designing and implementing ServiceNow's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to meet specific client requirements. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize workflows, manage risk, ensure compliance, and automate processes. Additionally, responsibilities include analyzing business processes, reporting, and offering strategic advice to enhance organizational efficiency through ServiceNow GRC solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow GRC module, including workflows, compliance automation, and reporting
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance methodologies, and industry standards
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities, including configuration, scripting, and integration
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities to oversee complex projects
• Clear and concise communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous
• Proven experience with IT risk assessment, audit support, and regulatory compliance is preferred
• Capacity to work independently and deliver quality results in a remote work environment
