About the Role:

ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture platform.
  • Lead integration with ERP, CRM, OSS/BSS, and other core systems.
  • Develop and communicate architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and governance protocols.
  • Execute executive-level workshops and governance reviews.
  • Ensure technical compliance with security, data, and scalability standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on emerging platform trends.
  • Mentor internal teams and support proposals, demos, and architectural thought leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of IT experience (at least 5+ specializing in ServiceNow architecture).
  • Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.
  • Certifications: Certified System Administrator, CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑CSM or Master Architect preferred.
  • Strong experience with integration design, governance, and enterprise frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, TMForum).
  • Exceptional communication skills—comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of architecting scalable, secure solutions for large enterprises.
