Job Description

Overall 5+ years of experience in software industry, 3+ years of ServiceNow development and operational knowledge for various modules- CSM, ITSM, ITOM etc, Mandatory skill: JavaScript, DevOps(full code to no code expertise): Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, Jira, Desired skills: ITIL, SNOW Development and Ops, Deployment, Upgrade, Knowledge on Angular, Mongo DB, and Portal development (HTML, CSS) will be an added advantage, Certification in SNOW (CSA- Certified System Admin) is preferred, Responsibilities include but not limited to DevOp Developing fix of prod defects Operational activities of deploying code and monitory integrations
