About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and GRC.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow components including Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules, and UI Actions.
• Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, SOAP, REST APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
• Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub to build automated workflows and integration processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Implement automated testing using Selenium and support DevOps practices with Git version control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and promote best practices in ServiceNow development.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience with at least 4 years specializing in ServiceNow application development or product implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with 2 or more ServiceNow modules, preferably including HRSD.
• Proficiency in backend ServiceNow development: Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Business Rules, and UI Actions.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations: Integration Hub, SOAP/REST APIs, Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub for workflow automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Git and automated testing frameworks such as Selenium.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
