Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize

  ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules

  (e.g., ITSM).
• Develop catalog items, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Implement

  Service Portal

  and build user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate ServiceNow with

  third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub)

  .
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain

  system stability, performance, and security

  .
• Develop technical documentation and support guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a

  ServiceNow Developer

  with hands-on module configuration.
• Proficient in

  JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS

  , and Flow Designer.
• Experience with

  Integration Hub

  and

  MID Server

  preferred.
• Familiarity with

  ITIL processes

  and IT Service Management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• ServiceNow certifications

  (CSA, CAD) are a plus.
