Job Description

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations .
Implement Service Portal and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration hub.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices , coding standards, and security guidelines.
Maintain system stability through troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching .
Support ServiceNow platform administration, including roles, ACLs, and performance optimization .
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and support guides.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and configurations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), and server/client scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server .
Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer ) preferred.
