We're Hiring: ServiceNow Developers (PAN India | Immediate Joiners Preferred)

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You’ll work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with

  ServiceNow Development

• Hands-on expertise in

  at least one or more

  of the following modules:
• ITOM (IT Operations Management)
• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
• HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
• SecOps (Security Operations)
• ITAM (IT Asset Management)
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, UI Policies, Business Rules)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP APIs)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Customize core applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
• Implement workflows, automation, and integrations to meet business requirements
• Work on ServiceNow module implementations like ITOM, CSM, GRC, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Perform unit testing and support UAT and deployment activities
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and development
