Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize

    ServiceNow Service Portals

    as per business requirements.
  • Implement

    responsive and user-friendly UI components

    using AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and maintain

    widgets, UI pages, UI macros, and client scripts

    to enhance portal functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow portals with third-party applications using

    REST/SOAP APIs

    .
  • Ensure

    portal performance, accessibility, and usability

    through optimization and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve

    portal-related issues

    to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with

    business analysts, developers, and stakeholders

    to gather and refine requirements.
  • Follow

    ServiceNow development, security, and compliance best practices

    .
  • Provide

    technical guidance and mentorship

    to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 - 6 years of

    hands-on ServiceNow Portal development

    experience.
  • Strong expertise in

    ServiceNow Service Portal

    and

    AngularJS

    .
  • Experience with

    UI Builder, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and UI Macros

    .
  • Knowledge of

    REST/SOAP APIs

    and integration with external systems.
  • Familiarity with

    ServiceNow CMS, Workflow, and Service Catalog

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    ServiceNow security, roles, and access controls

    .
  • Ability to work effectively in an

    Agile/Scrum environment

    .
  • Excellent

    problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
