Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Developer located in Pune. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Tasks include customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations with other systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and improve the efficiency of IT operations.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Development, Customization, and Implementation skills
• Experience with ServiceNow application design and architecture
• Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
• Skills in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with global teams
• Experience in the telecom or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
